  5. Receive Your Invoice: After confirming your plan, we’ll send you an invoice with all costs, including any deposit requirements.
  6. Pay the Deposit and Balance: To secure your booking, a deposit is required. We’ll provide you with the payment details, and once the deposit is made, we’ll proceed with the final arrangements. The remaining balance will be due closer to your travel dates.


Once the payment is complete, we’ll finalize everything, and you’ll be all set for your amazing journey!


Your level of involvement depends on your preferences. Some clients want to be highly involved in the planning process, sharing ideas and adjusting the itinerary, while others prefer to give the consultant a general idea and let them handle the details. In the event of unforeseen issues—such as flight delays, last-minute cancellations, or other travel disruptions—we step in to assist. Once we’ve customized the perfect travel package for you, a deposit of 10-50% is required to secure your reservations. This allows us to begin the booking process and confirm your arrangements.


The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your departure date to ensure all services are finalized.

We know that plans don’t always go as expected. That’s why we aim to make our cancellation policy simple and fair for everyone involved. Here's how it works:


  • Cancellations made more than 120 days before your arrival date: You’ll receive a refund, but certain fees (like accommodation or tour costs) may be deducted based on what our service providers charge.
  • Cancellations made between 119 and 31 days before your arrival date: The deposit is non-refundable, and additional penalties may apply, depending on the service provider’s policies.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less before your arrival date may incur full or partial cancellation fees, depending on the terms of our service providers. 


Some bookings—such as promotional deals or special offers—are non-refundable from the start. These details will always be clearly explained when you book.


For extra peace of mind, we strongly recommend getting private travel insurance. It can help cover any unexpected cancellation costs and keep you worry-free.
